Ariela Taub, MD, CLC

  Dr. Taub, an accomplished board certified pediatrician, was born and raised here in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a graduate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Taub completed her pediatric training at WVU Children’s Hospital. She is a trained lactation counselor and received the AAP Breastfeeding Lectureship Grant in 2015.  Dr. Taub is also a strong advocate for children with special needs and received certification to perform Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment via the RITA-T (developed at Boston Children's Hospital).  


Dr. Taub is accepting new patients. She is highly passionate for all aspects of pediatrics but has special practice interest in newborn and breastfeeding medicine, early child development, child sleep medicine, autism spectrum disorder, mental wellness, ADHD, and pediatric nutrition.  In her free time, Dr. Taub enjoys mothering her 3 wonderful children.  She also enjoys playing the guitar, writing/reading poetry, philosophy, yoga, running, biking, and adventuring with her family. 


Kami Wegner, CPNP-PC

   Kami has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 25 years,  It has been the best part of who she is. At age 3, she declared her love for pediatric medicine by telling her parents that she wanted to be a “kid’s nurse” when she grew up. She completed her Bachelors and Masters of Nursing at Ohio State University by 1997. She has worked in several primary care and acute care settings, in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. She was privileged to help start the low acuity care in the ED at Children's Medical Center of Dallas, and also served as the clinical team leader.

Kami’s passions include respiratory and asthma care. She was privileged to work with one of the top Cystic Fibrosis departments, during which the gene was identified. She is also passionate about pediatric psychology and mental health. Patient education is an essential component of her care and it is always her top priority. Kami is accepting new patients. She is honored to have the opportunity to care for the families and children here in Baltimore, Maryland at Cross Keys Pediatrics.


Barnaby Starr, MD  * Emeritus

 Dr. Starr, a Yale alumnus,  is a Graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He did his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious DC Children's Hospital in Washington, DC, and is a Board Certified Pediatrician. He has been consistently rated as a top doctor in Baltimore. He served on the clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and has instructed for the University of Maryland Medical School.  In his free time, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and children.
