Pediatric Talent

David Salikof, MD

 Dr. Salikof, a Johns Hopkins Alumnus, is a very highly experienced board certified pediatrician with almost two decades of experience at the top hospitals in Baltimore. He completed his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore, MD. He comes to the practice with with extensive experience from both Johns Hopkins Hospital and GBMC Hospital.  He has extensive experience treating pediatric patients from newborn to age 26. He has a genuine love of kids and desire to improve the health and wellbeing of every patient. Dr. Salikof also offers convenient late hours on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 6pm for wellchild and sick visits. He is currently transitioning patients from Dr. Starr, especially younger patients. He is also accepting new patients. 


Barnaby Starr, MD

 Dr. Starr, a Yale alumnus,  is a 1982 Graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He did his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious DC Children's Hospital in Washington, DC.  Dr. Starr has been Board Certified since 1987, for nearly 33 years and has been consistently rated as a top doctor in Baltimore. He served on the clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and currently teaches for the University of Maryland Medical School.  When not in the office, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and three children. Children who seek a new or long term male pediatrician for their child should choose Dr. Salikof.


Cynthia Amitin, MD

   Dr. Amitin, a Duke alumna,  is a 1995 Graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.  She completed her pediatric specialty training at St. Christopher's Children Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Amitin has been Board Certified since 1998, for nearly 22 years.  She joined our practice in 2002.  She is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On a personal note, she enjoys movies, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children. She is accepting new patients. 



Ariela Taub, MD, CLC

  Dr. Taub was born and raised here in Baltimore. She is a graduate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical School. She completed her pediatric training at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital where she received numerous awards. Dr. Taub is also a trained lactation counselor and was recipient of the AAP Breastfeeding Lectureship Grant in 2015.  Dr. Taub helps handle urgent after hour calls, and oversees the nurse practitioners work at the practice.

She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics but has special practice interest in breastfeeding medicine, early child development, autism spectrum disorder, mental wellness, and nutrition. She is also a published poet.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and very cute daughter.


Adina Noff, CPNP

  Adina was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. Since graduating, she has worked at Sinai Hospital in the Neuroscience unit for 2 years and then the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 5 years. In 2013, she completed her Masters of Nursing at Johns Hopkins University and became a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Adina lives in Baltimore with her husband and four young children. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Adina helps sees patients during the week when needed.


Family and Pediatric Talent

Fredisia Francis, MD

 Dr. Francis, became board certified 15 years ago, and is a family MD. She attended medical school at Howard University College of Medicine, in Washington DC, and completed a family residency at the University of Maryland. She has been practicing for over 15 years and has extensive experience with both children and adults. Dr. Francis helps run the Saturday clinic and oversee the nurse practitioners work at the practice. She is accepting new patients.


Kelly Edmondson, CRNP  

  Kelly Edmondson has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2005. Originally from Boston, Kelly obtained a BS in nursing from Pensacola Christian College in Florida, and an MS in nursing from Troy University in Alabama. Kelly has practiced with patients of all ages in Alabama, Ohio, and Maryland. She currently resides in Baltimore with her husband and four children. Kelly is heavily involved in medical mission work and has served in over 20 countries around the world. Kelly sees patients Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and helps run the Saturday clinic, or fill in during the week when needed and is able to see children and adults. She is accepting new patients.


Daisuke Matsuo, FNP-C

   D Matsuo, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of Registered Nurse experience in Emergency Room nursing. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Masters Degree. Specializing in critical care, acute care, fast track, and urgent care setting. He is in the office on Saturdays and during the week when needed to see sick visits and well visits for children and adults. He lives in Baltimore with his wife and child. He is accepting new patients.
