Generosa Lazor, MD
Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, standing Cross Keys Pediatrics is thrilled to introduce Dr. Generosa Lazor, a highly skilled board certified general pediatrician with over 3 decades of experience. Dr. Lazor has both extensive outpatient and inpatient experience, and provided high quality care at locations such as Johns Hopkins Hospital and Franklin Square Medical Hospital. Dr. Lazor completed her pediatric residency training in Baltimore, MD at St. Agnes Hospital. She has been the recipient numerous times for both the On Time Doctor Award and Patient Choice Award, and was "The Most Outstanding Resident Physician." She will be seeing patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please welcome Dr. Lazor!

Amanda Didolkar, MD

 Cross Keys Pediatrics is excited to introduce Dr. Amanda (Mandy) J Didolkar, a highly skilled board certified general pediatrician with almost 2 decades of experience. She completed undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania cum laude, and is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine where she served as Pediatric Chief Resident, and then worked as an assistant professor of pediatrics and clerkship director there. She was the medical director of the Children's Primary Care Center at East Tennessee Children's Hospital for the past 3 years. She has received numerous honors and awards including the “Excellence In Pediatrics Award” at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and is a two time recipient of the “Red Shoes Award” for outstanding accomplishments and contributions to family-centered care at the Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health. She will be seeing patients Wednesdays and additional days during the summer months. Please welcome Dr. Didolkar!

David Salikof, MD

 Dr. Salikof, a Johns Hopkins Alumnus, is a very highly experienced board certified pediatrician with almost two decades of experience at the top hospitals in Baltimore. He completed his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore, MD. He comes to the practice with with extensive experience from both Johns Hopkins Hospital and GBMC Hospital.  He has extensive experience treating pediatric patients from newborn to age 26. He has a genuine love of kids and desire to improve the health and wellbeing of every patient. Dr. Salikof also offers convenient late hours on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 6pm for wellchild and sick visits. He is currently accepting new patients. 


Barnaby Starr, MD

 Dr. Starr, a Yale alumnus,  is a 1982 Graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He did his pediatric specialty training at the prestigious DC Children's Hospital in Washington, DC.  Dr. Starr has been Board Certified since 1987, for nearly 33 years and has been consistently rated as a top doctor in Baltimore. He served on the clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and currently teaches for the University of Maryland Medical School.  When not in the office, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and three children. Children who seek a new or longer term male pediatrician for their child should preferably choose Dr. Salikof.


Ariela Taub, MD, CLC

  Dr. Taub was born and raised here in Baltimore. She is a graduate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical School. She completed her pediatric training at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital and is a Board Certified pediatrician. Dr. Taub is also a trained lactation counselor and was recipient of the AAP Breastfeeding Lectureship Grant in 2015.  Dr. Taub helps handle urgent after hour calls, and oversees the nurse practitioners work at the practice.

She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics but has special practice interest in breastfeeding medicine, early child development, autism spectrum disorder, mental wellness, and nutrition. She is also a published poet.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and very cute daughter. Dr. Taub is currently accepting new patients.



Family and Pediatric Talent

Fredisia Francis, MD

 Dr. Francis, became board certified 15 years ago, and is a family MD. She attended medical school at Howard University College of Medicine, in Washington DC, and completed a family residency at the University of Maryland. She has been practicing for over 15 years and has extensive experience with both children and adults. Dr. Francis helps run the Saturday clinic and oversee the nurse practitioners work at the practice. She is accepting new patients.


Kelly Edmondson, CRNP  

  Kelly Edmondson has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2005. Originally from Boston, Kelly obtained a BS in nursing from Pensacola Christian College in Florida, and an MS in nursing from Troy University in Alabama. Kelly has practiced with patients of all ages in Alabama, Ohio, and Maryland. She currently resides in Baltimore with her husband and four children. Kelly is heavily involved in medical mission work and has served in over 20 countries around the world. Kelly helps fill in during the week when needed and is able to see children and adults.


Tamika Jones, CRNP

Tamika has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She completed her Bachelors in Nursing from Jacksonville University in Florida, and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. She currently also practices at the prestigious Johns Hopkins. Tamika has excellent direct care of patients skills and is able to develop rapport with patients and families. Tamika sees patients on most Saturdays and is able to see children and adults. She is accepting new patients.


Allergy Specialist Talent


Dean Mitchell, MD

He completed his specialty training at the prestigious Robert Cooke Allergy Institute in New York City, an affiliate of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is a specialist in allergy, asthma, and immunology. Dr. Mitchell helps run the allergy program of the clinic with the other medical practitioners.
