Myself and my family have had a great experience with Cross keys Pediatrics. Dr. Taub was very helpful with meeting my daughter's needs. The customer service provided here was great and always responded to my family's medical care and needs quickly.

As a parent and Mother, you want the best for your baby/child. That is a given. One of the most important tasks and goal is to find a pediatrician that will take the best care of you sweet darling. Cross Keys Pediatrics is such a great Pediatric practice. I would say they are like family. Our pediatrician, Dr. Taub, came highly recommended while we were still in the hospital. I called and was immediately met with a sense of urgency, joy in their work, and patience. I was helped through the process, and everything has been great. Everyone will have their needs met, and I can say from experience, if your baby or child needs something particular seen to, Dr. Taub will see to it. Every nurse that we have seen, as well as all of the administrators there are so kind, friendly, helpful and just great!! As a Mother, I know that we will do all that we can to make sure our child’s needs are met, and it is just wonderful when you are met with people that have that same goal. The office is nice, sterile clean, conforming to the needs of the staff and patients/ parents not just since covid and they have everything needed. Of course, they offer the best for your little one, if needed during the appointment. You want to entrust to the right kind hearted people. This is the place. Life happens; They are quite great when it comes to short notice and running a bit late. I’ve been there, and I’m human. I’m saying that to say, no one has ever made me feel bad or upset, if baby and I hit traffic or feeling unwell. I do try my best. They have a neat play area for the toddler and children, bright and colorful. The exam rooms are a sweet touch, to the typical doctors office. Your little one will love going to appointments, great for sensory processing for infants to toddlers. The aftercare hours number is great, I’ve had to call it a few times and received help in such quick time. Not everyone’s needs are the same as far as care for their little ones, or children.. However, I highly recommend Dr. Taub, and Cross Keys Pediatrics. The nurses are great and everyone has great experience with different children and families. Great bedside manner as well, if that matters to you. 😊. It’s in a great location and easy to get to, and scheduling is great, never too crowded, but trust that they are taking care. They refer for specialists if needed, and work diligently. In their expertise, they are knowledgeable, versed and open. You’ll find people that love their profession/career and it shows in how we are all treated. Insurance coverage is great, that I’m aware. I recommend this practice for sure if you want a great family and care oriented pediatrician for you family. . Thanks

My twins were born at this practice and have been there 5 years. Dr. Taub answers late night texts when my kids wake up screaming with an ear infection, I can always get a day-of tele-or in-person visit. Billing is easy & staff is very eager to help with insurance hassles (but we all deserve & our country can easily afford universal healthcare & childcare for all, now! ). Dr. Taub is great, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to my kids.

I called the after hours line and I honestly didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Right off I spoke with the doctor! She was pleasant, patient, and understanding. She offered sound advice and at a discounted virtual rate. Honestly, G-d bless her. The doctor definitely helped me with my son.
